I had a delightful stay at this hotel near Pergusa Lake. the staff were exceptional, especially the caring and attentive Rita who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Secondly, the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a much-needed retreat with their modern amenities. Lastly, the hotel's location was fantastic, being situated close to all amenities, including restaurants and a supermarket.
No concerns, everything was fantastic.

The décor in the rooms was nice and we had a lot of space. , the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was located in a great spot, near many cafes and restaurants for us to enjoy.
Our stay was not what we had hoped for. The check-in process was not very good, and we were not informed ahead of time about a noisy party taking place.

Located near Pergusa lake with beautiful views, surrounded by various restaurants and amenities, this hotel is a great choice for families. the spacious rooms and comfortable bathrooms are designed to provide utmost comfort. the staff is caring and friendly, providing excellent service all around the clock. the breakfast is yummy with a great selection of pastries and cold meats. parking is easy and the value for money is superb.
The air conditioning may need improvement, especially during hot weather.

The location of this hotel just outside of a charming village was perfect. It offered easy access to public transport and was close to all amenities, including a variety of restaurants. The staff were attentive and provided great service, making me feel well taken care of. Despite not having a balcony in the room, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection, with its Italian cake and fresh fruit, was a delightful way to start the day.
The noise from the hallway, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.

the room decor was really nice and the rooms were spacious. the breakfast had a good selection of cold meats and pastries. In terms of location, the hotel was situated in a central area, which made exploring the nearby cafes and restaurants easy and convenient. I also liked the fact that there was a parking area right behind the hotel.
My experience was not entirely positive. Although the hotel had a lot of potential, the check-in process left a lot to be desired.

It was a value for money experience.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and good breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located near Pergusa lake, with easy access to restaurants and other amenities.
